Absolutely wonderful experience buying a pre-owned, certified car! Initially worked with Alice on prelim negotiations and test drive. Outlined very clearly all aspects of deal and was so impressed with additional bumper to bumper warranty program, something I never buy, decided to opt for it since this car was for my wife. Finally, this review would not be complete if I did not extoll the virtues of Alice who agreed to meet me at a central location close to my home to exchange the trade in and car purchase since this was a X-Mas surprise for my wife. Coming out on X-mas morning to fulfill the final aspect of the sale was totally unexpected and clearly an indication of above and beyond service this dealership will go to for a complete customer satisfying experience! The overall purchase process for my 2010 ZDX CPO was great. Weather prevented them from addressing cosmetic items, but they gave me a "We Owe" card so they could be addressed at my first future service great.
