My husband visited the dealership Friday evening, came home and immediately told me" we found our car"!!!! All he needed was my approval. We went back Saturday morning and I was introduced to Rob. We visited the service dept and were very impressed. They are so accomodating. I can leave my car for service and either get a car or be driven to the mall, across the street while they are working on the car. The sales women Alice Arch was totally awesome. She was very helpful and truly seemed to care about the customer. Even after I made the purchase she called me a few days later just to make sure everything very helpful and truly seemed to care about the customer. I had purchased an extended warranty on the vehicle and three days later Alice gave me a call and told me that they were reducing the price on the warranty. AS it turned out a promo price had come into effect and even though I had signed for the higher price they were going to refund me a substantial portion of the cost. They were not obligated to but they did the right thing. I would definitely recommend the dealer ship to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle. Plus they give you free car washes for life. More
