2013 Acura Tl - Certified Previously I had a 2008 Cadillac CTS that died on me. In short notice I needed to find a replacement vehicle as my work location is over 40 miles away Previously I had a 2008 Cadillac CTS that died on me. In short notice I needed to find a replacement vehicle as my work location is over 40 miles away and not easily accessible by train or bus. I was undecided on make / model but went down to Davis Acura to see what could be offered. I had called many other deals but Davis was the first I visited. I worked with Jack Grimes. Jack did a fantastic job for several reasons; first he took the time to show me a large collection of different models and allowed me to test drive all of them. Second, he was also very knowledgeable of the Acura line and was able to answer even my most "off the wall" questions. Lastly, even though he understood I was in a difficult position having no vehicle, he negotiated a very honest and fair deal for both parties. Thanks to Jack, I didn't have to visit 5 other dealers (that were scheduled) over the next few days. I would highly recommend Jack Grimes and Davis Acura. More

Immordino was extremely friendly and knowledgeable about all aspects of the car I was purchasing. After offering me a beverage he talked to me about what I was looking for in a car. He helped me to select, test and choose a car that was perfect. He detailed all features of the vehicle with me and took the time to ensure I knew how to operate all the features and special technology the car had to offer. This would have taken me months on my own and as a new grandparent I need my time to spend with family. Additionally he followed up several times to check on my satisfaction and to ask if I needed anything additional or had any questions.The financing was also explained to me in detail and full disclosure of my options were presented in simple terms. He was so happy for me and shared in the excitement of purchasing a new car. He personally introduced me to the General Sales Manager Ed Riley who was also very friendly, informative and helpful. Ed has also taken the time to call me to see if I was satisfied and if I had any additional questions or if he could assist me with anything regarding my purchase.
