In my opinion, they are very expensive cars for what you get. I went online looking for a used car. I knew I wanted a VW Tiguan. Davis Acura had one in stock. I have to say that when purchasing a car it is easy to be "harassed" and pressured by various dealers and salespeople, especially when you begin your search on line. The staff at Davis Acura were very professional and didn't pressure me constantly with phone calls and emails- for me, that is one way to get me to NOT choose your services. My salesperson was Alice and she made the experience very easy. She was very helpful, honest and quite entertaining. She was patient as I decided on which vehicle would best suit my needs. They had the car I wanted in stock and when I went for my test drive I found many other possibilities on their lot. They have a great selection of vehicles. They offer wonderful perks like free car washes and free inspections for the life of your vehicle- that's pretty great. And I have to give a shout out to Dan Connors in the finance department. He ended up staying late to complete the transaction since we came after work and got there one hour before closing. We were surprised at how easy and pleasant the whole experience was. Larry gave us all the information we requested and I had a good feeling about him. My mechanic confirmed that the car is in great shape and very "clean". Everyone we had contact with at the dealership was nice, unlike some dealerships I spoke with where people were so rude I didn't believe they really wanted to sell cars. I would definitely recommend Larry to anyone looking to buy a used Acura. More

I have dealt with a lot of other brand dealerships over the years and could not say the same about my experience. The service department is excellent. The receptionist Claudia is pleasant and my service advisor Jeff is very accommodating. On my last service visit when I thought I perceived a problem, Ryan the mechanic and Steve Pulli both took a ride in the car to make sure the issue was resolved. Steve even followed up later in the day. I would recommend this dealership to everyone. More

Joe was about to answer all my question and took the time to explain all the improvement of the 2017 model. He also assessed my needs for a mid-sized SUV to ensure I was not getting too much car or too little car. He was able to work an amazing deal which I could not refuse. While in the finance office, Dan was able to make that experience a breeze. After closing the deal Joe came back out to the parking lot and wanted to make sure I was able to sync my phone up to the car and gave me a few extra bottles of water for the ride home since it had to be about 100 degrees outside. He went above and beyond what I would expect from a salesmen. More

Davis Acura (Used Cars) dissolved my stress and frustration by doing what they say and saying what they do. I cannot thank them ( Alice Arch, Jermaine, Larry and others on the used car sales team) enough for making this an actually enjoyable experience especially coming from NC. Alice even came in on her day off for me and Jermaine went out of his way for me. The car was accurately represented on their website. The Used Car office all pitched in to help me develop a travel plan in light of the DNC and officials in Philly attending, causing traffic jams and backups. Thank you to all More

My unexpected 2017 RDX purchase I had an unfortunate auto accident in my Acura 2015 TLX early July, having been rear-ended by a truck while waiting at a red light. I had such a pleasant experience when I purchased my TLX back in 2015 at Davis Acura that I chose to replace it with a bigger 2017 RDX at the same dealership. My Salesman (Rich Conti) and service manager (Rich Tatar) couldn't have been more understanding and accommodating of my situation (still feeling the effects of my accident concussion) they helped me with my replacement purchase making it smooth and worry free. I am very happy with my new RDX and how my situation was handled by the Davis Acura dealership and staff. More

After Joe thoroughly introduced me to the latest TLX model we took it out for a spin and I was sold. Joe was able to get me into the car I wanted with the price I wanted.
