This is my 2nd time purchasing a vehicle from this location and both times my sales rep has been Ken McDaniel. Let me tell you, Ken is nothing but a pleasure to deal with. He is fantastic because he remembers his customers on a personal level and has never been pushy or salesman like. Nothing but positive vibes and is always there to help with any questions I may have. They are always patient when dealing with my crazy kids being onsite while purchasing the vehicle which makes it a good experience.... He has such an awesome personality, it made my "dumb" questions enjoyable, and taught me a lot. Once I decided on a car, I was so excited. Young the Finance Manager brought me into his office and didn't just say sign here and here, he went through it all with me and explained what I was signing and why I was signing it.
