Steve is awesome! We went looking for a car, not sure if we would purchase the same day. We went to a couple of car lots and found nice cars but they were either marked up too high, had to many miles on them or just did not fit what I was looking for in a car. We started looking online and found Davis Acura. We decided to go look at an 08 Honda Accord but I noticed an 08 Acura TL.. She looked perfect! I've always wanted a TL and being a 2008 was a plus. The color was perfect, nothing crazy, pure white. Our dealer, Steve, honestly he is the best. He did his best to get us approved and we ended up purchasing the car. He was nice & friendly.. The other guy, Nick, was also very friendly! Both were very open and nice. The process of purchasing a car is long, even longer with 3 kids under the age of 6, but they made us and our kids as comfortable as possible. I would have never thought we would get as good service as Steve and and Nick gave us just because some dealerships don't care about their customers. But the experience here was nothing but positive and welcoming! Good job you guys and thank you so much! Steve, you're awesome. More

Purchase of 2017 MDX I inquired over the internet and initially met with Janice Brunetti. She sent me some basic information and I came in to test drive with Steve Felker. Amazing Customer Service! We live over 2 hours away from this dealership and when I am in the market to purchase another vehicle, this will be my first stop. We called and spoke to Charles Walton about a used vehicle and a possible trade in. Because the conversation was so laid back and straight forward, we made the drive. There was no pressure to buy the car and we had the same experience upon arrival. Charles and Young were very honest and straightforward during every step of the process. Charles addressed every concern we had and I am happy to say we purchased the car!
