I've had three strange problems, and each time they went above and beyond to solve the problem (sometimes it took more than one visit) and keep me on the road, with a loaner or transportation home if necessary. I've also gotten helpful information from other staff at Davis -- the entire place seems very client-focused. I need that kind of support, which is why I buy my cars there. (I didn't rate price because between warranty and insurance, my price has been $0 so far other than routine maintenance.) More

I sent in my 2020 RDX for the issue with surrounding view camera. The surrounding view cameras stop working (the whole display area is black) at night and the dealer said it is normal and refused to fix the camera.
