In my quest for a newer car, I visited Davis Acura and met with a very competent and knowledgeable salesperson in Dottie Tarka. She took a great deal of time and went over all of the bells and whistles o met with a very competent and knowledgeable salesperson in Dottie Tarka. She took a great deal of time and went over all of the bells and whistles of an 06 Acura RL which is one fabulous car. We went on a test drive and I found the car to be outstanding in every way. In 2003, I bought a new TL from Matt Gillespie and have serviced it only at Davis. I've never had the slightest problem with the car until, at 1160,000 miles, my tranmission went. I brought the car back to Davis and, without my asking, Mike Albert went to bat for me and got approval to charge me only 25% of the repair cost. While my 2003 TL was being repaired, I worked with Matt to get a great deal on a 2006 RL, including a solid trade on my TL. I literally spent half the day at the dealership, and tied up Matt the entire evening, including 90 minutes after the place closed. He could not have been more patient, and even invited me to return the next day so he could spend more time showing me the many features of my new car. Matt is also unbelievably knowledgable about every Acura vehicle, regardless of year. Overall, I have always been impressed with the level of service I have received from Davis Acura. My expereience last week demonstrated how much they value -- and reward -- customer loyalty. Clearly, I could have been charged the full cost of repairing my old car and/or given a low trade value when buying the new one -- it would have been easy for Davis Acura to take advantage of the situation, but they didn't. I'll be a Davis Acura customer for a long time. More
We went there to look and winded up buying/trading our 2003 MDX for a 2006 Acura TL. Dottie and John Roche were worked their magic and got me to trade my MDX for a newer Acura with Navigation and Bluet 2003 MDX for a 2006 Acura TL. Dottie and John Roche were worked their magic and got me to trade my MDX for a newer Acura with Navigation and Bluetooth technology. I like the 06 style better than the newer models. The car wasn't inspected nor certified yet. We did the paperwork for the sale to be dated 5/16/09 so I didn't have to make car payment any longer to Wells Fargo as they got the payoff and worked their magic with the financials. We bought the extra warranty like the previous two Acura's we been loyal to Acura since 2001. We didn't get to drive vehicle until 5/18/09 at 5:30. The fuel cap light was on, we called and they said just give few cycle and it should reset itself. Today we had to take the vehicle in for some other items and the staff at Davis Acura is always pleasant. I am a manager of Customer Service and for me to say another organization has exceptional personel is a great comment. More
From my first contact with Davis Acura, I received a prompt response from Tom Gutowski. He was very friendly and helpful without being overdone in this area. He set up an appointment for me to come into the showroom. There were quite a few vehicles to select from and the way Acura is sold with just two choices - with or without nav/tech - is very smart. Makes life easier. The salesperson was very helpful, knew the vehicle well - and worked very hard on my behalf and to get me into a new car that evening. He helped me move items from my other car and made some excellent suggestions to me to help me decide on color, model, and suggested options. Again, he informed and showed enthusiasm but did not push me - no one there did. They were all warm and friendly and I knew I would be welcome in bringing in my vehicle for service. Mr. Bianco took good care of me in installing the door edge guards - they look great and had my vehicle washed. I love the car. THanks to all of you for your help. More

to begin with, Tyler the internet person at Davis Acura, made sure that I had right information for what I was looking for. He called four times just to make sure that everything was up to our satisfaction made sure that I had right information for what I was looking for. Like Tyler, he was very professional and yet very genuine with her. manager John worked with us to be able to finance the car, even though I am recently from Canada and still had not yet established any credit in USA, and my wife had recent bankruptcy in USA. He was also very good, professional, energetic, and had a clarity about what he said that carried air of sincerity beyond the words he was saying. We trusted him, and he came through for us. dwight the salesperson was also every nice, efficient, and allowed us to explore whatever we thought was good, and when we started talking with the manager, he did not interfere, but let us talk and discuss with him freely. He was actually the front person for us, yet once we made our decision, he was professional enough to keep himself in the background and be there just whenever we needed his help. I appreciated that no-pressure approach which we did not find in other Acura dealerships. overall, they were all very professional, well trained, and hats off to the owners of Davis Acura. More
