Davis Acura

I recently was down to Davis Acura to look at some of the 05-06 Acura RL's. As soon as I arrived at the dealership a salesman came out to see what I needed. We did the introductions his name was Mario, I tol 05-06 Acura RL's. As soon as I arrived at the dealership a salesman came out to see what I needed. I told him that I was really concerned that I wouldn't be able to find anything in my price range. As soon as we found an RL that I thought might work we went for a test drive. I was pleased that we went for the test drive before anything else as I was coming from a completely different type of car. After the test drive we did some negotiating we came down to a pretty good price, but I wanted to think about it. They let me leave without giving me a huge hassle which is a problem when dealing with many other dealerships. I did some thinking and decided to return later. I called Mario and told him that I was ready to do the deal, but didn't have a lot of time. When I got down to the dealership they had me in and out in an hour just like I requested. Overall I had a very good experience, Mario and Cheryl were very polite and helpful. I love my 06 RL, I wish I could have done a bit better price wise but their prices are on par with other dealerships. More

Lisa was extremely friendly and brought her southern charm to the Northeast!!!! I had an Acura TL and just handed it back in and bought a 2010 Acura TSX. I love it! Matthew Gillespie was our salesperson at Davis Acura in Langhorne, PA. Very clean and nicely kept dealership. He had a test drive route planned out which avoided traffic delays and helped us get a feel for the vehicle. We bought a 2010 RDX that next Friday. He had the car perfectly cleaned for us and everything ready to go. He then gave us another VERY comprehensive overview of our cars features until we were comfortable with everything. Matthew called our insurance company for us and gave them the details of our vehicle. He also was nice enough to give us a courtesy call a couple days later to ask how we were enjoying the vehicle and if we had any other questions about the vehicle. He also expressed to please call him if we had any questions in the future to not hesitate and call him directly. Great salemanship. More

I went to Edmund.com to submit a quote for a new Acura MDX. Davis Acura was one of the dealer that edmund.com have sent. I have been talking to Jessica Yate (Internet manager) via email and phone. After talking to Jessica on the phone I was directed to the wrong car. But that's okay they had 3 similar models, so I can understand the confusion. I stopped at the wrong used lot and Ken was kind enough to drive me to the main Acura showroom that had the car I wanted. Ken was extremely helpful and understanding. He is not your typical used car salesman. What I mean by that, is I have bought 4 cars in my life and the first three the salesman were dirty, unforgiving people. They were cutthroat. Ken on the other is extremely friendly, not pushy and he gives the appearance that he genuinely cares for you. He made the experience seem that he was out to get me the best deal, i.e. him and I vs Davis Acura, not me vs all. I cannot stress enough how friendly Ken is. I recommend him to anyone who wants to buy from Davis Acura. If you want a good deal, bring in a competing ad. Jessica told me they could only take a few $100 out of the internet price. That will quickly change if you bring in a competing ad. They do not want to lose your business. I got $2k in addition to the internet ad. While I still feel I left money on the table, I still got a good deal. More
