I went to purchase a car from this dealership and sought an 09 Acura TSX. The car was great. I got quoted a price and they wouldn't negotiate. They quoted me a price and interest rate and the interest rate payment amount did not measure up with what it should have been. Then I stupidly agreed to all these warranty things which were not the end of the world and maybe my fault for not researching. My main problem is that it took 6 hours for all this to occur. THEN after the sale, they did not have an owner's manual or my second set of keys and my navigation was locked by a PIN that no one knew. They were supposed to mail me the keys which 5 days later has not happened yet. Also, with a certified Acura there is a 3 day satisfaction exchange policy. I wished to utilize it and spoke to the manager Paul. He said the finance guy John would contact me and he still has not. This was also after I left John a message. When speaking with Paul on day 2 of the exchange policy he said that he would call me back first thing in the morning on day 3 - which he did not. I called him, left a message and got no call back. SURPRISE - the 3 day exchange period is now over and am stuck not satisfied. Salesman was nice but overall they seemed a little slimy by not calling me back in the time frame so they could avoid dealing with it in the 3 day time period. I will not go back there unless someone calls me from there apologizing and working with me. I will not buy from again or refer or get my service work there. I had a much more enjoyable experience at Montgomeryville Acura and regret not going there to purchase my car. I just hope my ipad comes as promised. More

From the first email and subsequent emails and discussions with Brian, through final delivery with Gregg, I found knowledgeable,diligent,and friendly, professionals who were dedicated to building a relationship with their next long-time loyal customer. The price was more than fair, their attention to detail was on point, and their level of customer service was beyond exceptional. We were not rushed at delivery and Gregg was committed to ensuring that his new TSX owner knew every operational detail of the new car before it was driven off of his lot. While waiting for delivery, I was able to observe the interactions in the showroom. What I can say, is that this dealership has an expected culture of ensuring that every customer feels valued and will become a repeat customer. I was happy to have met Gregg and Brian and can say that they made the purchase of the 2011 TSX, the most pleasurable automobile purchase I have ever experienced. Davis Acura is fortunate to have them both. More

Was at this dealership for my annual “free” state inspection on Saturday (2/5/2011). This is supposed to be an upscale dealership for a quality product. I have to say the experience reminded me of go inspection on Saturday (2/5/2011). This is supposed to be an upscale dealership for a quality product. I have to say the experience reminded me of going to Jiffy Lube 20 years ago! First the Service Consultant comes up to me and shows me my air filters and says they should be replaced for $135. I do much of my own routine service and had changed these filters just a few months before and knew they didn’t need replacing. And if they had needed replacing the cost of the filters is less than $30 and the time to change them is under 5 minutes. Next the Service Consultant comes up to me and says I had failed inspection because of wear on the rear tires. He was correct I do need to replace the rear tires. But then he says the front tires are not much better and should be replaced also, at a cost of $245 a tire. This told me they had never looked at the front tires since they only had 8,000 miles on them! Interestingly the tires I have on the front are Continental ExtremeContact DWS XL, these tires have a special wear indicator to tell if the tire is OK Dry, Wet or Snow of course the indicator showed they were fine. So I decided to decline the new tires, said I’d purchase them someplace else. An hour or so after I drive away I get a call from a salesman at the dealership. They had checked out where I stood on my current car payment and wanted to know if I’d be interested in trading this car in for a newer model at lower payment. Of course the guy leaves out the part about me having to have car payments for an additional 4 years! I have to assume they wasted some of my time during my service visit so they could evaluate how much my car was worth and how they could try to take more money out of my pocket! I would advise if you plan on doing business with this dealership, make sure you keep your hands on your wallet. More
I went in to look at a specific Used vehicle that was advertised online. The truck I was looking at was there and all the information online was accurate. Although the vehicle I was looking at was not an Acura, the staff was knowledgeable and informative. I did not feel as though I was being pressured into making a purchase. I financed through the dealership where I got a great interest rate and the process was quick and painless. The staff was all very friendly and personable. I am a New Jersey resident, and they took care of all of the inter-state registration, which is very helpful. Thank you Davis Acura. More

We were in the market for 2011 Acura MDX and we were emailed by Tyler H. from Davis Acura Internet dept that “If you find a lo and self-respect. We were in the market for 2011 Acura MDX and we were emailed by Tyler H. from Davis Acura Internet dept that “If you find a lower price, bring it in and we can beat it by up to $200.00”. We were in doubt about this and contacted via email asking if they can confirm above advertisement at the same time, we forwarded internet quote from a competitor. Davis Acura confirmed the price and said “Sure... It is our policy that we can beat any written (or emailed) competitors quote by up to $200. No games, just simple.When is the best time for you to come by?” We emailed him back and made an appointment and he replied back saying “That's perfect. I will let Ed R. (the manager over there) know to expect you. We look forward to working with you this evening!” I drove over an hour to get there to complete the transaction. Not only was I shocked but utterly humiliated by their sales team. The Sales manager, Ed, was out sick and Tyler was not even working on the site. He was working out of different state!!! Davis Acura was not even aware of I was coming down that night. I went in there with thinking “no games, just simple” transaction, but instead my self-respect drowned in the sewer. I explained my email communication with Tyler beating the competitor’s price, they flat out said not only they cannot beat it up to $200, they cannot even match the competitors price. Their reason was the price was “unreasonable price”, so I showed Tyler’s email again saying “Sure... It is our policy that we can beat any written (or emailed) competitors quote by up to $200.” I pointed out that the email clearly shows “any written” and not “reasonable” I asked him to call Tyler and we spoke on the speaker phone and Tyler said “there shouldn’t be any problem with beating the price since that email communication was approved by internet manager”, then Davis Acura staff (Finance manager) abruptly hung up the phone on Tyler and me. Their internet dept is misleading and their sales team is outright rude and “unreasonable”. I was very upset and I told them that I would send a letter to CEO of Acura of America, and then they laughed at me. In summary, please be careful of Davis Acura. They enjoy wasting people’s valuable time and gas. More
This dealership had the exact car I wanted at a price much lower than I expected. My initial contact with them was on the telephone, I was looking to travel some distance to get to the dealership. After verifyging this, she told me who to look for at the sales department and told me how to get there. After I arrived, I was greeted by a friendly salesman called Kenny. He showed me the car and offered to let me test drive it. After driving the car, a 2006 RSX, I knew I had to have it. I was still a little nervouce about the price, but since I checked their website, I knew it was going to be good. They even went out of their way to find me the best financing I could qualify for and even got me gap coverage on the loan. More

We dealt with salesman Mario Echeverria who was very knowledgeable about the car, the package options and its functions. I also had a specific amount of money to spend on the car and he (together with the sales manager, George) worked with me so I was able to sign on the dotted line. I had my previous car for 10 years and it was very important to me that the information I received was thorough and that I was able to get all of my questions answered. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience and I drove away a happy customer! More
