I can't say enough good things about my experience with the gentlemen at Davis Acura. I live almost 5 hours from the dealership, so I obviously had some reservations about making a trip for a car I had on the gentlemen at Davis Acura. I live almost 5 hours from the dealership, so I obviously had some reservations about making a trip for a car I had only seen online, but I can now say that not only am I glad I did, but Davis will be the first place I look for my next vehicle. From the beginning, Tim Titus was extremely helpful in responding to my inquiries and helping to set up a smooth visit for when I arrived. Once there, I had the pleasure of working with salesperson Tirrone Lillie, who was so kind and helpful in answering my questions and negotiating my transaction. Tirrone was very knowledgeable about the vehicles, operated with a strict "no pressure" style, and I felt like he was more of a trusted advisor in the buying process, rather than a salesman. Great service. As a woman visiting the dealership by myself and working through the details of my trade, the guys at Davis treated me with the utmost respect and curteousness, and I so appreciated their professionalism and friendly style. Even on a gorgeous St. Patrick's Day when the deal lingered past "closing time", the guys were so patient with me and made sure every detail of my transaction went smoothly, especially knowing I had traveled quite a distance and couldn't return easily. Very fair negotiators on the trade value for my TL and the purchase price for my MDX. MDX is beautiful and a joy to drive. Three weeks later (as I write this), I can say that the guys at Davis have continued to go above and beyond even after the transaction was complete. We recently discovered that the lender on my TL gave the wrong payoff information to the dealership, so there was an outstanding balance on it. What did Tirrone and John Roche, finance manager, do? They offered to pay it off for me! Unbelieveable customer service and a complete Class Act at Davis. Because of this, I would not only return to Davis for my next car, but I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a HIGH QUALITY vehicle at a GREAT PRICE from LOW STRESS dealership. bought a used car form here. It had problems that they would have known about. they also made us wait 3 hours for paper work to buy the car.there was no warrenty ,but they said the car was fine . paid $1 would have known about. they also made us wait 3 hours for paper work to buy the car.there was no warrenty ,but they said the car was fine . paid $11,000 . bad control arm and led on radio was bad but I knew about that. also an emiision valve was bad. code on car was reset before we bought it. The control arm and emission part was over $1,000 to fix. this was a quick flip for them. But it really made us mad that they made us wait 3 hours to do the paper work . we didnt leave till nearly 1100 pm. bought it 3-23-2011m then we contacted them to get a letter , saying the car had anti lock for our insurance company and this took months . they didnt care about us once the car was sold. this car was supposed to go to auction ,I believe because it needed repairs. .........repairs that davis should have done,but davis decided to flip it to make a buck instead. I would stay clear of Davis and Ken McDaniel. More

When my husband and I were buying our daughter her first car our main concern was that it was safe and reliable. We have been buying cars from Ed Riley for years and knew he would find something we would al car our main concern was that it was safe and reliable. We have been buying cars from Ed Riley for years and knew he would find something we would all be happy with. He knew exactly what our daughter would love, an Acura RDX. He had a beautiful used RDX in the lot in great condition that my daughter fell in love with as soon as she saw it. My husband and I are not used to buying used cars, we have leased all our vehicles in the past with Mr. Riley with no hesitation because of his honesty and reliability, and were happy every time. Buying a used car is different. You cannot always be sure that what you see is really what you get. Our daughter really loved the car and we were reassured what great condition it was in both inside and out, what really sold me is that when he said he would buy the vehicle for his own daughter made me think it was not just another sales pitch. I knew he meant it, and would not want us purchasing a car for our daughter that we were not 100% sure was safe and reliable. All of us left happy knowing we made the right decision when purchasing the RDX that day because we felt like we purchased it from a friend not a salesman. I am always recommending Davis Acura and Ed Riley to all my friends who are looking for cars for their first time drivers. More
Mario Echeverria did a great job with our car buying experience! We purchased the first car for my son, who will receive his driver's license in December. Mario spent extra time with my 16 year old going over the car's detailed features, such as blue tooth, seat adjustments with memory, sunroof, basics about the engine, trunk space et cetera. My son commented how thorough Mario was and that he was especially helpful in answering all of his questions. The finance portion of our visit was efficient and well explained making our decisions regarding warranties much easier. My son and I left the dealership with a permanent smile, thanks to the outstanding service provided. Great dealership, excellent customer service and a big thank you to Mr. Davis for making it a wonderful experience for my son's first car purchase.
