Horrible experience. I bought a used Acura TL in May. They were supposed to replace the damaged Acura bumper with an Acura bumper. They used a cheap aftermarket bumper that wasn't installed correctly. Wh They were supposed to replace the damaged Acura bumper with an Acura bumper. They used a cheap aftermarket bumper that wasn't installed correctly. When I expressed to the sales manager that I felt like I was being blown off because I never got a status report in the week they had the car, he became indignant and condescending. When I told him that I would write a negative review, he told me (exact words- I have a recording), "I'm going to take you out of the car, we'll part ways, and be done with it." How he planned on "taking me out of the car" that did not belong to him is beyond me. When I picked my car up after waiting 8 days of getting excuses, threats, and a general runaround, the salesman was rude to me then as well. Stay far, far away from this place. There are many great Acura dealers, but this isn't one of them. I bought another Acura a few weeks later from another Acura dealer, and had a great experience. Never again, Davis. More
Stopped into look originally, Alice was amazing and extremely helpful. Went back a month later because of the service Alice provided. Alice provided outstanding follow up and the treatment and honesty i received was the reason i went back to them. They even threw in a full detail (buffing, waxing and all!) Because it was raining the day i purchased the car. I noticed a few tiny chips on the car as to be expected on a used car and stopped back in a few days later. The manager Dave said no problem drop it off and we will take care of the chips no worries. Overall excellent experience from start to finish. I would highly recommend, and will definitely be purchasing my future cars there. More

This was the most pleasant, low pressure buying experience we have participated in. It was equivalent to dealing with a friend who was concerned with our overall satisification, as well as closing the sale. Once we had determined the model and accessories, the whole new car sales staff swung into action to deliver the TL promptly and attentively. Look, I'm not naive, they made money on the deal; they have to keep the lights on! But I just didn't feel like they were out to get me like at some other dealers. I had some WE OWE items and they went out of their way to get these done after my purchase. No games, no delays, just got it done. I could not say more good things about my sales rep Tirrone Lillie! I continue to pester this poor guy - with texts on his personal cell phone - and he goes absolutely out of his way POST SALE to take care of me. Having of previously purchased a "lemon" thru some other "crooked dealer" I went with a known dealership. Davis Acura to purchase ny 2006 Honda Pilot. I absolutely not only love this vehicle as I am a disabled person with Multiple Sclerosis and needed a vehicle with large enough space in the back to roll in my motorized chair at times. Since the moment I walked in the door I was greeted by Stephen Greenfield and Matt the service manager. Their hospitality and honesty and etiquette was very welcoming. They were very professional and very responsive to my used vehicle requirement and did everything to ensure I was a satisfied customer. Stephen went above and beyond to even physically deliver my vehicle himself to my home because I did not have any transportation to get back over to the dealership as they wanted to run an air purifier in the vehicle before they handed over the keys to my awesome new (used) car to ensure I was a happy customer. As busy as Matt was/is, he knew I was hungry bcecause I asked if I would be able to walk over and get something to eat near by, he was kind enough to drive me over a few doors down as I have difficulty walking. I needed car and i have purchased a car from Dave Acura in the past. Jack Grimes probably 1 of the best salesman that I've ever worked. My wife and I had been interested in a new (used) car for over a month. We had visited several dealerships convenient to our workplaces (over an hour away), but were not satisfied for one reason or another. over a month. We finally had a weekend free (President's Day weekend), which we could come to Davis to see their inventory of used Acuras. No sooner were we getting out of our car then we were greeted by Mario. He asked if we knew what we were looking for, had anything in mind, and/or if there were any must haves in the new car we were looking for. We were very pleased to feel comfortable with Mario right from the start, it definitely didn't feel like the other sales experiences we previously had. The buying experience benefited from the inventory offered at Davis and Mario's patience (I was likely his most discerning and detailed oriented customers all day). As we browsed the lot, Mario was able to answer and address any questions and/or issues we had. He was able to help us narrow down our choices to the car we truly wanted and most of all what our family needed (safety). We purchased a used RL with SH-AWD and navigation system. He reviewed all the features and details with us, even to the point where he knew where to find the color code on the door jam. When we went to discuss price, Mario was honest and forthcoming. I thought this would have been the point where he would have lost points with us; however, we were happy to be wrong. I tend to be more of a skeptical buyer and must say that I was pleasantly pleased to purchase a car from Mario and will look forward to both becoming a repeat customer of his and recommending him to family, friends, and colleagues. We enjoyed our experience so much that we had contemplated inviting him to have dinner with us, being as we were there so late and he was with us the whole time, even through dinner time. Despite wanting to ask him, my wife pointed out that I would likely be viewed as weird and creepy. Our overall buying experience was more than positive and the Davis family of dealerships should be commended on their ability to attract personable and professional salesmen of the top caliber.
