I originally went to the dealership just to look around and get some ideas for my next vehicle. Alice met with us outside and discussed what I was looking for in a vehicle as well as what I needed for my t and get some ideas for my next vehicle. She allowed me to drive the vehicles with my family so that we could get a true feel for the vehicle that we may purchase, and at no time did I ever feel pressured or rushed. This has been my dealer since 2007. When my 2007 TL was totaled this week, people kept asking me what I'd get as a replacement.
