Absolutely wonderful experience buying a pre-owned, certified car! Initially worked with Alice on prelim negotiations and test drive. Finally, this review would not be complete if I did not extoll the virtues of Alice who agreed to meet me at a central location close to my home to exchange the trade in and car purchase since this was a X-Mas surprise for my wife. Coming out on X-mas morning to fulfill the final aspect of the sale was totally unexpected and clearly an indication of above and beyond service this dealership will go to for a complete customer satisfying experience!
