Very satisfying experience We have purchased 5 Acuras from Davis Acura. We had only one unpleasant experience with a salesman who is no longer with the company. Before then & since then our experience with the people @ Acura were extremely good. By far, Rich Conti is the best & most knowledgeable salesman we have encountered @ the Acura dealership. We have only purchased one MDX from him, but he was excellent. He knows what he's talking about when it comes to the Acura auto. The best thing about Rich is that even after he sold us our 2012 MDX, he was always available to answer any questions my husband or I might have. He seems very genuine& sincere, & he never blew us off after we bought our car. As far as we are concerned, he never used any high pressure sales pitches with us. He knows the product that he sells, he knows the answers to our questions, & if he doesn't know the answer, he always gets back to us in a timely fashion. My husband & I can't say enough about Rich. He helped to make us feel very comfortable with our purchase. I hope he is still @ Davis Acura when we are ready to buy our next Acura. More

She never made my husband feel he was taking up too much of her time and she truly became a partner with us in the process. She was as excited as we were at having a "new" car. My only complaint is after I bought the car I need my license plate to be installed in front of my car, I made so many calls to the concerned department but no answer I even went to the service center and waited for 30 minutes but manager is not available and I fixed it on my own. I drove over an hour to come to this dealership and Alice greeted me first and spent the next 5 hours with me as I picked out a car. I ended up purchasing a different vehicle than I came in for but there was never a second where Alice lost patience. The final number was not a grueling process like it sometimes can be and this dealership keeps its cars in amazing shape from what I could tell. I love my new CPO Acura and when I woke up the following morning, there was not an ounce of buyers remorse. Looking forward to referring friends there in the future because I know they will not be let down. More
