Ken was straightforward, answered our questions honestly and gave us the needed time to make our decision. Dave Spencer explained the financial terms and warrantees in easy-to-understand terms and helped me make an informed decision about additional coverage. The entire experience was quite positive, and I left with a beautiful car with low mileage that will be protected for the many years I hope to drive it. I also felt that should anything arise in the future that I have two people I can call with no reservation that they will respond to my needs or inquiries. Overall...a great experience. More

After test driving both the MDX and RDX (which the dealership made very easy), we decided that the MDX best met our needs. During the entire process, Rob was helpful and attentive. He answered all our questions and allowed us the time we needed to process the information and make a decision. He was straightforward with us and we appreciated his patience and honesty. We will definitely return to Rob at Davis when we are ready for yet another Acura! (The service department is another reason why we walked into Davis to possibly upgrade our RDX. They make the necessary maintenance procedures pain-free!) More

My wife and I and our 3 kids went to Davis Acura to look at a great deal they had on Saturday 11/22/14 and my we bought a wonderful van that my wife h My wife and I and our 3 kids went to Davis Acura to look at a great deal they had on Saturday 11/22/14 and my we bought a wonderful van that my wife has always wanted. The price was great and the financing was a good deal. Couldn't be happier with the experience. What stands out the most though were the wonderful sales associates at Davis Acura. They were genuinely caring and very friendly with everyone and it made the entire experience which is usually stressful and painful quite enjoyable. I've never experienced such great customer service all around. Our sales associate Alice Arch was such a sweet lady which went out of her way to help us get a great deal and was so wonderful I couldn't be happier with the whole experience. They have great inventory on their lots and go out of their way to try and please everyone that enters their doors. I would highly recommend that anyone looking for a car to contact Davis Acura. The warm greeting I received from Janice on the phone convinced me to drive 40 mil I called Davis Acura simply to ask for a test drive on the new TLX. The warm greeting I received from Janice on the phone convinced me to drive 40 miles across state to see what they had to offer. I arrived to be greeted by Joe Torpey who asked how he can help. I explained I was just looking to test drive the new TLX for my wife. Without delay, he got the keys and said lets go for a drive. He explained most of the features that the car had and then we were on our way. My wife and I both feel in love with the car. When we got back to the dealership after the test drive, Joe was not pushy and completely understood that he was not making a sale that day. We asked for a particular color for exterior and interior but they and other dealers did not have it in stock. Joe introduced us to Ed Riley who said he would make some calls and see what he can do. One week and half later, they called saying they had the car available. The car was coming from Massachusetts. I said to myself WOW. What a dealership to find my car all the way up there!!! After not too much negotation, we made the deal happen over the phone and a pick up time. When arrived, the car was shining and ready for it to come home with us. We lastly met with Tom who was not at all pushy with the extended warranty and made it quite an easy process to sign documents and get us on our way. Joe, Ed, and Tom were all really easy to talk to and helped me to stay close to my budget. That really meant a lot to me and my wife and now we are happy to say we are part of the Davis Family. There is no doubt in my mind that I will be purchasing my next car with them. Joe and Ed if it wasn't for you, I would probably not be driving this beautiful car. Thank you!!! More
