Ken was straightforward, answered our questions honestly and gave us the needed time to make our decision. Dave Spencer explained the financial terms and warrantees in easy-to-understand terms and helped me make an informed decision about additional coverage. The entire experience was quite positive, and I left with a beautiful car with low mileage that will be protected for the many years I hope to drive it. After test driving both the MDX and RDX (which the dealership made very easy), we decided that the MDX best met our needs. During the entire process, Rob was helpful and attentive. He answered all our questions and allowed us the time we needed to process the information and make a decision. He was straightforward with us and we appreciated his patience and honesty. We will definitely return to Rob at Davis when we are ready for yet another Acura! (The service department is another reason why we walked into Davis to possibly upgrade our RDX.
