Janice and Joe knew I was looking at the new ILX since late last year. Janice really knows how to follow-up on internet sales leads via email and I was kept in the loop for when the car would be available to test drive. The coordination between internet marketing and sales was evident and that made my experience more efficient than in past years. Joe, really facilitated my decision making process by insisting I had all of the test drive time needed to decide between two model cars. Ed quickly coordinated obtaining the car from another dealership. Jordan concisely explained the after-market options without any sales pressure. Finally, Joe spent the time needed to explain the new safety features and Acura-Link communications system. More

Everyone I came into contact with was very friendly, but it was Mike that really helped find the right TLX for me. He was friendly, knowledgable, and not overbearing at all. Overall, it was a great day... I went in with my old car and left with a new one. I got the best deal possible and the dealership was very willing to fully disclose inceptives/deals/pricing breaks upfront. I didn't have to nag and hassle Mike to try to get them to shave pricing. I decided on the V6 TLX and I'm extremely happy with this decision. I've been to many car dealerships before, and this was truly a unique experience. More

For my current purchase I worked with Keith Michael who was everything I expect from a sale associate. In the past I’ve also worked with Mario Echevarria, who I would also recommend. Continuing Excellence I recently traded in my 2005 Acura TL for a 2015 RDX. I knew that i wanted to buy a vehicle from Davis because of their excellent service department. I recently traded in my 2005 Acura TL for a 2015 RDX. I knew that i wanted to buy a vehicle from Davis because of their excellent service department. I have always been treated with respect and their customer service is beyond anything I have ever experienced at any car dealership. When I finally made the purchase on Saturday, everyone went out of their way to be helpful. I actually enjoyed the time I spent at the dealership. The knowledgeable and friendly staff - from the salesman, Rich Conti, to the sales manager, Ed Reilly- were absolutely incredible. I visited other dealerships but there is truly no comparison. Unexpected purchase I did not go into Davis Acura expecting to buy a 2015 RDX, today. I expected to buy an older model... maybe. (If I could bargain my way into a car within budget.) Instead, the Davis Acura sales, finance and business team rallied together to put me in a practically new car, within my budget. Dave Culler (in sales) knew what car I wanted (make, model, color combo, tech package), and the team made it happen for me. I am really pleased by the entire experience today. To go back in time, I first visited the dealership about a month ago, to look at a 2013 RDX. I met Dave Culler and Dave Spencer, then, and their no pressure approach really made me feel comfortable working with Davis Acura. They didn't call me every day, like other dealers; however, I knew they were still looking out for me. When I was ready to buy, I knew I could rely on them. Good work, guys.
