Alice is wonderful Alice was a wonderful sales person. She was very honest and fair. We got a great deal on our vehicle and she even followed up multiple times to make Alice was a wonderful sales person. She was very honest and fair. The only thing I can mention that we did not like were the amount of fees that are not listed online for certified used, it is approximately $1300 (Certified Fee and some other ones around 650 each on top of tax and tags) you can add to the price of every Certified vehicle on the lot. While the Sales Manager claimed this was normal practice, I called 4 other Acura dealerships and the largest fee was around $400. The Sales Manager seemed like he didn't really care to sell a car that night, but Alice was great to deal with and got us to a price we were happy with, The Finance person was also great, he wasn't too pushy and we actually ended up buying an extended warranty for our vehicle. He got to the point and got us out of there in a timely manner. More

Easiest Car Purchase and Great Customer Service I bought a new car for my wife and Davis was the first place we thought of going to. My sister-in-law had purchased a car from there some years ago an I bought a new car for my wife and Davis was the first place we thought of going to. My sister-in-law had purchased a car from there some years ago and she had a wonderful experience so we tried it out. Thankfully this is where we went first because I do not think any other dealers could have taken care of us quite as well as Mario Echevarria and Mark Elton. We started working with Mark and when he was not available he referred us to Mario. Mario helped get us through the process as fast and as easy as possible (even dealing with my insurance plan dilemmas). If you are looking for a used or new car and you are looking for fast, educated and reliable service then this is the place for you!!! More

Very Happy with this Dealership Dealing with Davis Acura was a pleasure. Exactly what I was looking for. I wasn't even 100% sure I was going to buy a new car initially. But they were Dealing with Davis Acura was a pleasure. Exactly what I was looking for. I wasn't even 100% sure I was going to buy a new car initially. But they were low key and non-agressive, which I really appreciated. My salesman, Frank Immordino, was very friendly, helpful, and responsive. I don't enjoy playing the "game" that you usually have to do to buy a car. Frank was very straightforward. He gave me an initial quote, which I thought was in the ballpark, but perhaps a little high, so I thought I'd check a couple other dealers before making a decision. After doing some more haggling with the other dealers, I came back to Davis see if they could lower their quote, and they agreed to a very reasonable final price. They also gave me a fair quote for my trade-in. Frank then did a great job informing me of the various "extras" that were available, but wasn't overly pushy if I declined. I've purchased cars in the past where they make a big deal once you buy the car (congratulations from everyone in the place, applause, balloons, etc). They didn't do that at Davis. They were all very nice, but very low key. Which I also really appreciated. A friendly handshake and the keys is all I'm looking for. I would recommend Davis Acura and definitely the salesman, Frank Immordino. More
