We were able to test drive the ILS alone, which most car dealerships have a problem with. There was no pressure to "take advantage of a deal which is only good today" line. He also spent a lot of time explaining the complicated cell phone process and programed in some of my frequently called numbers. We didn't feel rushed even though it was close to closing time. We were given a fair price for our trade-in, very much in line with what we expected, (may have been, in part, because our car was one they were happy to get) and few "I'll have to run this by my manager" stuff. More

I live in El Paso Tex, my sales person was Ms. Alice Arch who turned out to be a huge blessing, and she had no problem sending me more picture upon request to make my evaluation easy from 2200 miles away. The personnel time Ms Arch took to make this buy a smooth transition was absolutely wonderful. I love the personal attention she gave me in making me feel confident enough to buy a plane ticket to come to Pa to buy a car. The purchase took place a year ago and she still calls to make sure that all is well with me and the car.
