Traveled from Colorado to Pa to purchase an Acura. I purchased last year my Acura MDX from Davis and Alice Arch. She was very helpful and followed up with me on my trip back to Colorado. The Best This was my second car with Davis and my third ACURA. I travel 45 miles and it is worth it. The customer service is excellent. Rich Conti is great. I live in El Paso Tex, my sales person was Ms. Alice Arch who turned out to be a huge blessing, and she had no problem sending me more picture upon request to make my evaluation easy from 2200 miles away. The personnel time Ms Arch took to make this buy a smooth transition was absolutely wonderful. I love the personal attention she gave me in making me feel confident enough to buy a plane ticket to come to Pa to buy a car. The purchase took place a year ago and she still calls to make sure that all is well with me and the car. Ms Arch and Mr Daniels had everything ready upon my arrival and they also had a young man pick me up from the airport. Ms Arch was so nice, to this day I consider her a family friend!!!!!!!!!! Alice is wonderful Alice was a wonderful sales person. She was very honest and fair. We got a great deal on our vehicle and she even followed up multiple times to make Alice was a wonderful sales person. She was very honest and fair. We got a great deal on our vehicle and she even followed up multiple times to make sure we were happy after the sale. The only thing I can mention that we did not like were the amount of fees that are not listed online for certified used, it is approximately $1300 (Certified Fee and some other ones around 650 each on top of tax and tags) you can add to the price of every Certified vehicle on the lot. While the Sales Manager claimed this was normal practice, I called 4 other Acura dealerships and the largest fee was around $400. The Sales Manager seemed like he didn't really care to sell a car that night, but Alice was great to deal with and got us to a price we were happy with, The Finance person was also great, he wasn't too pushy and we actually ended up buying an extended warranty for our vehicle. He got to the point and got us out of there in a timely manner. More
