No pushy sales talk I walked into this dealership and I was greeted by the very friendly Frank. I told Frank exactly what I wanted in my new vehicle. He worked to get the value I wanted for my trade-in and a deal that fit my budget. Not once did I feel like I was being steered to purchase a more expensive vehicle with upgrades I don't need. No pushy sales talk at all. Nick, the business manager, was also very friendly. I normally am suspicious of friendly sales people especially in a dealership, but these two made me feel at ease. Nick patiently answered all my questions and explained to me all the paperwork. I knew exactly what the amounts were, if there were additional costs and fees. Frank, likewise, was very patient in explaining the features of my new vehicle. He even text me the following day to see how I was doing. I know they are both just doing their jobs, however it was the manner by which they did their jobs that impressed me. There is what you call a personal touch. I'm glad to say I am very happy with my MDX! I will definitely come back to this place and most likely recommend it to people who want to purchase an Acura. It is not everywhere that you're treated like family! More

We were able to work out a great deal and Mark did everything he could to put me in a car that I wanted. Mark called to check on the vehicle a week later just to make sure all was okay. I had a issue but with no hesitation Mark set me up with service to take care of the issue. He even ran back and forth across the street to get my belongings from the car to make sure I had what i needed. If he says he will then he will! I will be back for my next one! More
