We already had several options we wanted to look at by visiting cars.com. She was prompt in getting us out for test-drives and most personable during our travels. She was informative and answered our questions fully, and if she did not know, she would either get the answers for us, or direct us to the appropriate person. Upon purchasing our vehicle, we scheduled a day to have the car washed and detailed. Rather than take it over to the service dept., she had me bring it to her and she took it over to have the detailing done. Having waited over an hour for this to be done, Alice helped us pass the time by talking with myself and my children. Again, very personable and even complimented how well behaved my children were (even though they were getting a little antsy). She was very apologetic over the length of time the detailing took, but I really didn't mind because she spent most of her time with us while we waited. Alice also gave me the information I needed to access the 3 month trial for the XM radio. I had several questions and when she was unsure of an answer, she was able to quickly get them for me. The night we purchased our car, and the following day when I took it to be detailed, Alice, the manager, and the finance assistant we worked with went above and beyond to care of us. We thoroughly appreciate everyone's kindness, Alice's assistance, and her helping to make our car buying purchase most pleasant. I would definitely recommend Alice and Davis Acura to others! More
