He has such an awesome personality, it made my "dumb" questions enjoyable, and taught me a lot. Once I decided on a car, I was so excited. Young the Finance Manager brought me into his office and didn't just say sign here and here, he went through it all with me and explained what I was signing and why I was signing it. Just the whole team over all was out of this world. They were so welcoming, and coming from a Girl who has no idea about cars, they really made a lasting impression on me!
