2017 Acura ILX Purchase I drive a 2016 Acura MDX that I purchased in Florida. On Memorial day I took my wife to Precision Acura in Lawrenceville NJ to look at the 2017 Acura I drive a 2016 Acura MDX that I purchased in Florida. On Memorial day I took my wife to Precision Acura in Lawrenceville NJ to look at the 2017 Acura ILX to purchase for her. They offered me 4,030 dollars for my 2006 Acura TSX with 56,000 miles and in mint condition. We quickly left the dealership after their attempt to steal my used car from me. Being very disappointed with Precision Acura I waited a few days and went over to Langhorne Pa. to the Davis Acura dealership to see if I would be treated any differently. Upon arrival to the dealership I was greeted by salesman Rob Carcione. From his introduction until the time I left with my new 2017 ILX several hours later, I was treated with the upmost respect and assistance in the purchase of the car. The manager and the finance guy were just as helpful with my purchase. Thanks Precision Acura for chasing me away last Monday because I got my red ILX for more than 6,000 dollars less than you wanted at DAVIS ACURA. My suggestion to anyone reading this. If you want an Acura Try Davis. You won't be disappointed. Ron C. More
Not a good experience I went to Davia Acura on Saturday afternoon May 27, 2017 right before the holiday. I wanted to trade in my Acura MDX for a RDX I was interested in. My I went to Davia Acura on Saturday afternoon May 27, 2017 right before the holiday. I wanted to trade in my Acura MDX for a RDX I was interested in. My salesperson Steve Felker was a very nice gentleman, who we immediately found out that my daughter graduated high school with him. I told Steven I wanted to have my car appraised and depending on that, then we could discuss the deal. I also wanted my husband to take a look at everything before I signed, however my husband wasnt there at the time. He took that information back to his Manager (Dave Spencer) who told him to tell me that he wouldn't do anything until my husband came, unless i made a commiment right then. That was a very sexist comment to make and I was at first taken aback. As if I needed my husband there to make the deal. It wasn't as if my trade in had my husbands name on the title. Oh wait, that question never came into play. I was supposed to be an uninformed, unintellegent woman who was supposed to say, "Give me the agreement, where do I sign." Not today dude! Steve, who really wanted to make the sale, told Dave whatever he needed to hear in order for the appraisal to happen, but of course it was way lower than what my car is worth. Needless to say no deal was made today! Their loss. More

He was extremely knowledgeable regarding the leasing offers and car options in addition to being patient and funny. The entire process flowed smoothly which was somewhat of a surprise. Although I was very disappointed I wasn't able to take my car home the same day due to a battery issue, Rob assured me I would be able to pick up the next business day without issue. Happy I returned to Davis for my 2nd car and I will continue to in the future. More

Leasing experience I continue to use Davis Acura because of their focus on customer service and the fantastic customer experience I get each time I need to deal with the I continue to use Davis Acura because of their focus on customer service and the fantastic customer experience I get each time I need to deal with them. They have continuously provided prompt service, and operate in a friendly manner that fosters a positive experience. My family has bought cars from Davis for years, and they have yet to disappoint us. My most recent experience was leasing a new vehicle through Davis since my current lease was nearing its end. I dealt with Rob Carcione, who was a pleasure to deal with. I was able to spend a minimal amount of time negotiating back and forth, which is what I prefer. The actual time I spent in the car dealership was minimal, and when I came in on a Saturday morning to finalize the deal I expected to be there for a number of hours, however I was in and out with my new car in less than an hour. Since I consider my time valuable, I was grateful to not have to spend an inordinate amount of time signing papers since everything was ready for me to sign when I came in. I would highly recommend Davis Acura, and in particular rob carcinogen as a consultant to deal with. Thank you rob carcione and Davis for a job well done from a very satisfied repeat customer. More
