We wanted to follow up regarding the review that was posted about your sales experience here at Davis Acura. We do have a limit on credit/debit card purchases, and the full amount of the vehicle would have exceeded this limit. The title would have been necessary to complete the transaction and trade in at the dealership. It is our policy to file a lost title application for $85, however, you had indicated to Tim that you had the title at home, and would slip it under our door on Sunday. We did receive a note saying that you could not locate the title, and would file for a duplicate on your own. The sale was completed on August 8th, and over the course of 3 weeks you had mentioned that the check had not been cashed by PennDot. Tim had suggested cancelling the check with PennDot, and coming in to sign the lost title form with us as we have an expedited process through the dealership. We would like the opportunity to resolve this with you, as we pride ourselves in excellent customer service and want to be sure that your overall experience exceeds our expectations.
