First time leasing, first time Acura, certainly not the last My family has always been a Ford family. However, my Dad has been around Acura and Honda for many years, and has always told me about their quality. S My family has always been a Ford family. So, we finally gave the 2018 Acura TLX a test drive after having seen it recently at the Philly AutoShow. From just discussing options, to our test drive of the TLX, and learning about the features that we wanted (um, needed to have: V6, AWD), we were sold. The entire process from when we walked in the door to when we walked out with signed paperwork could not have been any easier really. We worked with Rob C., who answered all of our (extensive) questions, and made sure that we were in the car that we wanted! This was our first lease, so we had a lot of questions about the process, but Rob made sure that we were taken care of. While finalizing the paperwork, the sales manager was very clear (and honest) about options that would be worth it, and others which were not. Because we wanted the remote start installed before we took delivery, we had to return to pick up the car. Rob once again ensured that everything related to this service was completed before we came back. He went over everything with us again feature-wise before we drove off the lot. In summary, we were very satisfied with the process and the overall sales experience here. I have a feeling this will not be our last Acura or the last time dealing with Rob at Davis Acura! More

Today's visit concerned difficulties I was have with my current low-profile-tire lease and the multiple tire/wheel replacements necessary for the horrific potholes of Pennsylvania and what I considered the dangers of being on the side of the road with a blow-out.. Although my lease was only a year old, Rob Carcione helped me into a new car with more rubber on the road. I am pleased that I can now drive without worrying about flat tires -- I hope..
