I appreciated his effort and that the dealer would let him take the time to do that. I also appreciated that the price was set - once I understood the fine print (see below). There was no attempt to change it, and only a minimal attempt to sell me extended service plans. I found the car on the TrueCar site. The price listed was very low compared to similar cars. When I looked, I found that the price listed was not the real price of the car - it assumed a $1695 cash or trade. I went through TrueCar to get right to the final price and felt like this was an attempt to lowball the price in the search results. The very first item in the description online was "**RECENT OIL CHANGE!** (in all caps). The car indicated 29% oil life after I purchased it. The oil was not changed recently - that item from the description should have been removed. The description says the car includes "Front & Read All-Weather Floor Mats". I noted that the mats in the car were carpet. At first I was told that they were all-weather, but that was clearly false. When I pushed, I was told those were the mats that came with the car. The dealer was not interested in addressing that discrepancy - I could take or leave the car regardless of the incorrect description. I submitted this feedback on the dealer site. I have received several emails telling me how great Davis is, pointing me to this site, and advertising an upcoming sale - but no response to my feedback. More

We were referred to Davis Acura by family who knew the GM. Negotiation wasn’t difficult because we had done our homework, we were clear about what we wanted and we were ready to buy a car (and not play g GM. The whole process took less than 4 hours from time of arrival the dealership. My experience with Service has been good but has only been for routine maintenance. I now have 20k miles on my car. I like the Honda/Acura brand and will likely buy again. More
