Untrustworthy. They quoted $750 for a part that a different Acura dealership quoted $500 for that I could buy online from Acura for $350. They claimed the part w They quoted $750 for a part that a different Acura dealership quoted $500 for that I could buy online from Acura for $350. They claimed the part was on back order. And then miraculously we’re able to complete the work the same day. The labor quote was twice as high as Precision Acura in Princeton. I truly believe this is the most unethical business I have ever dealt with and has me questioning my 30+ year loyalty to Honda/Acura. More
