On-site, Ken was quite helpful and ultimately somewhat magical to complete the special paint coverage (from the DavisCare purchase) so late on a Tuesday evening. Both Janice and Ken provided pre and onsite service that made me very comfortable with my choice to travel 400+ miles. Diane (business office) was very helpful when processing the paperwork. While it was day-one of a new computer software setup, she made it easy and a bit fun to hand over my money :) More
