Bob Diaz always treats me like I am one of his favorite customers. Even though I know he is completely sincere, I bet he makes all his customers feel that way. It’s a great feeling. Bob, his manager Steve Pulli, as well as Mark Hartman in the parts department, always say hello if/when they see me and always ask how my parents are doing and say hello to them if they are with me (since they know I take care of my parents). I can’t say enough about how wonderful the service and parts departments are. (I didn’t have any dealings with the parts department this visit, but ran into Steve Pulli in the parking lot and he said hi to me and my parents). More
