Terrible service Bob Diaz is horrible to work with and treated me horribly from the time I walked in to drop off my car. Social distance and wearing masks properly is not something they do and should rece treated me horribly from the time I walked in to drop off my car. Social distance and wearing masks properly is not something they do and should receive proper education from officials. Every person I saw helping people were wearing masks the wrong way. I had to prove my insurance even though the one I had only expired 2 days prior to inspection and they refused to let me leave until I provided it. Which took about an hour. Not once did they offer me anything to help. Once I got it and was told to email Mr. Diaz kept telling me I wasn’t sending it correctly because he didn’t receive it, he even circled it and read it to me twice and showed him on my phone where it was sent and still was not good enoug. So another person came over to ask me to send it to him instead and he received it, however it appeared to small so I needed to resend it again!!!!! All of this while my two young children were waiting for me. As a first line responder I took offense to all of the staff wearing masks the wrong way!! If you can’t follow the rules you shouldn’t be allowed to be open! I will NEVER go back to Davis again for anything I will visit another area dealer. If there were zero stars I would give that. More
