First time visit for a simple oil change. The service folks seemed very nice, but the service reception area is pretty tight, space wise, and I am not a big person; I was glad to go upstairs & wait for m folks seemed very nice, but the service reception area is pretty tight, space wise, and I am not a big person; I was glad to go upstairs & wait for my car in the lounge. Upon receiving my vehicle back, I noted that the cabinet vent cover was left on the passenger side floor & shared this with the service person so that it was addressed immediately. I’ll give them the benefit of the doubt and come back a second time, but it was an unusual experience for someone who’s owned several Acuras since 1997. More
