I am sorry that during your recent visit to service your car was not washed correctly. There are times that they are much busier then others and they do have to move rather quickly to get our service customers out as quickly as possible. You may certainly come back for another complimentary car wash anytime you are in the area!

I work in health care and we are NEVER to say we are too busy to help someone. Additionally, my car was there all day. I left it night before and did not pick up until 5 pm next day. I would say that your quality review of work needs to be reviewed. I was told they wash inside and outside when I bought the car. This is a very nice perk, but if you are unable to perform the carwash with a quality outcome, it makes me wonder what else is lacking in your quality repairs? If you do not feel you can give good quality to both areas (inside and outside), why not just tell the customer up front that we only wash the outside? You are the ones offering the "free" car wash. Thanks anyway
