Maintenance mechanics. at Davidson did not follow thru with a complete grease and oil change, twice. They didn't grease my truck although the receipt said they did, eleven at Davidson did not follow thru with a complete grease and oil change, twice. They didn't grease my truck although the receipt said they did, eleven fittings on front end not greased. Transmission fix was not to my satisfaction, whirring noise that developed after they fixed a shuttering problem. Didn't fix several complaints I had since new; Heater control knob not operating properly, they said that's the way it works. Exhaust leak wasn't found until I located it, several trips to them. Air conditioner doesn't work well since new, they said that's the way it is. The sales dept. was very different and was great to work with. More
