I can not say enough good things about Fletcher Jones Toyota. I purchased my 2004 Toyota Tacoma in October of 2004. I can not imagine a better product. I love my Tacoma. And I could not be happier w Toyota. I purchased my 2004 Toyota Tacoma in October of 2004. I can not imagine a better product. I love my Tacoma. And I could not be happier with the service I have received at Fletcher Jones, over the years......... from top to bottom. Every single experience I have had has been courteous and professional. The Service Department is exceptional---- quick in ---- quick out. They get the job done right....... with a smile. I feel like they treat me like royalty. In my crazy, hectic, life.... it just does not get any better than that. Great product....... great service. What more can you ask for? On July 15th, I had my first accident in 45 years of driving. Fortunately, the other guys insurance had to pay for the repairs. I chose Fletcher Jones - Body Shop - Collision Center to do the repairs. Almost $8,000 in repairs..... virtually the entire front end had to be replaced...... On July 31st................ it was finished. As of todays date, October 21, 2008, I have not had one problem. I feel like I have a brand new Tacoma. I tell all my friends what a great product Toyota is. I tell all my friends what a great dealership, Fletcher Jones is. While it may seem that I have said too many nice things about Fletcher Jones in this survey................. the fact is........... times are tough....... and Fletcher Jones Toyaota has earned my respect.
