Bought a highlander from them and it has given me the worst problems and head aches ever... I brought it up to the financial service manager sal and his best offer was buying the car of me and selling me another one.. I only owe 18,000. On it now and he want to sell me a 2015 used certified for 35,000-50,000. No way I will rather keep mine but just fix it if I wanted a bad car I should of just bought it of the street.. If you decide of buying a car don't come here go to centennial or anywhere else but here.. I also got the platinum warranty supposably its bumper to bumper and now they tell me some stuff are not cover... Worst deal ever...Rob Hamp also seemed annoyed seams like he doesn't want to help anyone out. Like I said they are all for each other. He was looking at his computer at stories on yahoo. Not even paying attention to us... Need better staff and not lazy employees . More

This big number one dealership is out of service? Unbelievable that is the main reason we love coming to toyota service to get a full service not half way service. After spending 2 hours for a basic check I am not satisfied at all! My neighbor told me he had to go also to the service at sahara toyota dealership two month ago and they did the same thing to him returned his back not washed and with full of scratches all over his vehicle. Not happy will not recommend. Prefer to drive to Centennial toyota and get a better richer service. If I had a chance to th put a single star I would do it very Terrible why these people get paid for a half way work! Everyone should be rehired again for a better service I hope this message gets a corporate attention. Thank You! More

This dealership was the ONLY Toyota dealership that listened I had attempted to find a solution with a brake issue for a 2004 Corolla. I called every dealership in the Vegas area; the others were rude, very unpleasant, arrogant, unhelpful and that was if they bothered to answer the phone. There is no way I will ever consider their services. If they are that unpleasant on the phone how are they in service department? Yelp reviews - you nailed the other dealerships on the head! David Wilson's customer service actually answered the phone, were kind, resourceful, helpful, honest, knowledgeable and thorough! Mike Weaver was incredible, willing to help me solve the problem and was actually KIND, willing to find a solution and cared about the outcome for my vehicle. Sincerely, thank you! More
Long time customer; service is getting worst & cost increase This place was once pretty good (about 5-7 years before the management changed.) but now the services is slow and sluggish with price of oil change a This place was once pretty good (about 5-7 years before the management changed.) but now the services is slow and sluggish with price of oil change and parts costing more than I find fair. Today I have came for a oil change plus a engine flush (cleaning of the engine) and it has been more than 3 hours! Yet I am still sitting here waiting!!! I never had to wait this long for a simple oil change plus some simple maintenance. You can tell because I actually have the time to post a review using their own internet. I have avoided this dealership and went to the West Sahara Toyota dealership the last time I needed an oil change. They are much quicker at the job and offers a better service overall. They even have more models of Toyota and second hand cars to look at. (Yes, I have been through all their inventory during the 3+ hours here. And FYI, today is a Tuesday, not much people pulling in for services. Came in at 9:28 am and currently is 12:55 pm. Never coming back... a big waste of time here; even for a reasonable person who was prepared with a laptop and school work. ....I hope I don't have to come back and update this post from 3+ hours to 4+ hours for a simple oil change. I FEEL LIKE I WORK HERE! More

Your pricing was much more reasonable ,so i made an appointment and sat down with your service rep. His recommendations for things i hadn't considered will undoubtedly saved me a ton of unnecessary labor cost down the road. That's not even the best part ! for only $20 more than the other outfit , not only did get my timing belt replaced, i also got a new water pump installed, the crank shaft & both cam shaft seals replaced and a new serpentine drive belt . great service rep You're my guys now More
I have been a Toyota owner for the past 20 years and I bought my present Toyota Solara from Fletcher Jones Toyota, Las Vegas in 2006. Even though my experience with Fletcher Jones from the purchase UPTO n bought my present Toyota Solara from Fletcher Jones Toyota, Las Vegas in 2006. Even though my experience with Fletcher Jones from the purchase UPTO now has been far from pleasant, I continued to patronize Fletcher Jones because of the convenience of it's proximity to my place of employment. Today will be the very last time I would patronize this establishment and this will be the last Toyota I would own. Complaining to Customer Service has been a waste of time because all they do is come up with excuses for their lack of professionalism, honesty, and intergity, or avoid giving an answer altogether. I for one will make sure, moving forward that I would spread the word about Fletcher Jones very loudly through all avenues available to me, whether it be soclal media or word of mouth, to ensure that none of my friends or associates would have to experience it. More
