Update: RIght after this review, Service director Wido, contacted me via phone. He assured to me to either refund the extra money charged by Toyota or to, provide me with a free service. After talking to him, I took the free service option. He promised me to send a document regarding this and to note regarding the case. Unfortunately he did neither. 5 months later, now When I'm trying to schedule my service no one in the dealership or Toyota Customer service department knows about such an agreement. Toyota customer service is now giving me the run around too. I have been a Toyota owner for over 10 years now. And I'm utterly disappointed with this.
