Couldn't get the closer dealer to return a message left there midday. Called DW and they said pick a time. That day! There were issues getting recall parts but they reached out early each day to let us kno there midday. Called DW and they said pick a time. That day! I made a reservation on line and my name wasn't on the list. My car was serviced anyway but waited 3+ hours for an oil change, tires rotation and new wipers. EG Parahm was great.
