I have been a customer at David Wilson's Toyota for years. The sales department is AMAZING. The service department is ridiculous. I have only continued to bring my car there for pure convenience. I stopped taking my last Sienna there for a couple of years and took it to AutoNation. After the way I was treated with this service appointment, I will be returning to AutoNation, convenient or not. This is not the first, second, or third time in my many years that I have been given less than good service at David Wilson. ?? The customer service manager refused to complete the service I had scheduled. He also didn't let me know when my car was ready. When I went to ask if it was almost ready, I found him eating pizza at his desk chatting with a colleague. My paperwork was waiting on his desk for him to just pass to the customer service desk. More
