I ordered a 2024 RAV4 from incoming inventory posted on their website. Your dealership requires negotiating the sales price and a non-refundable deposit prior to vehicle arrival. You had additional $5,000 market adjustment plus a way over-priced $1,999 for a desert protection package on top of MSRP plus a $500 document fee and $20+ for some other fee. When car arrived a couple weeks later you wanted it off the lot ASAP and didn’t seem to complete normal Pre-Delivery Inspection. You had me sign all paperwork before having a chance to inspect the vehicle and when I had a chance to inspect it I felt rushed and didn’t notice a scratch on the driver’s side passenger door. I noticed it when I got home and sent pictures but you said I had already signed for the vehicle so only offered touch up not a proper fix at a body shop. You did not open the manuals packet where you are supposed to fill out and review the pre-delivery inspection and findings. Also you installed an alarm system I didn’t want to buy and tried to sell it to me. More
