Horrible experience with rep. Well, his attitude change after i asked if he can look up and see what all i did on my last service. He than told me he wasn't able to. I felt like he was upset so I asked him if they got commission based pay per service and he with a big attitude said yes all dealers pay commission based. So I said that's why you seem upset. I decided to just do my oil change and Nothing else with your shop. As soon as I got car from your shop I than took it right to Toyota in Henderson and completed the rest of my service. Needless to say I will not be going back to your shop. And sticking with Henderson Toyota. Also I asked for a shuttle back and he said they would have me in and out before I'd need one. And that was not the case the service took 2.5 hours and I decided to uber hoke instead of waste more time at your shop. Very poor customer service. More

Worked with Rick initially. Put a deposit down for a Sienna that was allocated but due end of November. I couldn't make it that day (Thursday) but made the magic happen and was able to hold it for me till Monday. Luckily I was able to come in on Saturday. Worked with Jonathan this time around because Rick had other appointments. Glad to say I left with the Sienna I wanted all thanks to Rick. More
