EJ forgot to give cashier our paperwork, so who knows how much longer we would have had to wait unless it was for my dad who went to go get an update directly from him. Cashier wouldn’t apply my coupon unless advisor redid all of the paperwork all over again. Didn’t have time to keep waiting for him since he was already with another customer. She directly handed me the papers to give to him, when she could have done that herself knowing how frustrated I already was. Terrible location with bad service.
