This is the best dealership in the country. Hands down. I have bought many new cars in my life and nothing beats Toyota of Las Vegas. He always takes care of me as a long time and returning customer. Best in the business. Harold Guzman is the best Finance guy and treats me and my family with class and explains the purchase and finance of the car extremely well. I’m very frustrated and saddened by my experience yet again this being the second bad experience. Before I purchased the car I got text messages and prompt responses after I bought the car no one will re again this being the second bad experience. Before I purchased the car I got text messages and prompt responses after I bought the car no one will respond anymore they just tossed me to the side because they were done with me even though I’m have some difficulties and concerns I’ve expressed, I’m disappointed the customer service is not as good after the purchase as it is before, everyone seem to want to help you before. This will definitely be my last time with Toyota. Even though the vehicle have been reliable the service has not. More
