Service managers cursing, throwing water bottles. The absurd line of questions regarding my steering wheel that has defective discoloration, then not knowing I was within range of hearing laughing at The absurd line of questions regarding my steering wheel that has defective discoloration, then not knowing I was within range of hearing laughing at me regarding one of the questions and lastly I had asked for a courtesy wash. The tech drives my car out with windows down so they were not dried, the courtesy was pointless. Once my steering wheel is replaced I will find a different dealership. They also took 3 hrs to check my air in tires and decide defective wheel. More

I requested to check transmission also regarding issue on 3er and 4th gear slip for diagnostic and check TCM updates and they didn’t.
