Great experience from start to finish. Busy day after Thanksgiving and they still got us in and out with the deal promised over the phone. Marc was amazing. He listened to what I was looking for in my new car. He didn't try to sell me something I didn't want. Told my mom to in for oil change for me and she got rejected since my car is done with warranty. They told her to go elsewhere or Walmart. She then left and called me questioning what happened and i to rejected since my car is done with warranty. They told her to go elsewhere or Walmart. She then left and called me questioning what happened and i told her that shouldn't happen. I then called to confirm that that's all a lie and they were just trying to upsell her on another warranty. Definitely not the way to go about things and horrible customer service...! Especially since we've bought a few cars over the year from the SAME dealership.
