Very aggressive and rude and did not honor price on paper when we agreed to buy car. Then went to get windows tinted and the car had several deep dents and when I addressed it with him he got a major attitud when we agreed to buy car. Then went to get windows tinted and the car had several deep dents and when I addressed it with him he got a major attitude and had them put touch up paint on the completely chipped dents and then when I said this was not right he said he did not care and there was nothing he could do. We ended up returning the car and working with Jan and Luis and getting everything worked out they were phenomenal More

Installed a seat belt but didn't check work to see if it worked. Had to return and was told they ordered a right one instead of left. That was reason it wasn't working although I mentioned it worked when yo worked. Had to return and was told they ordered a right one instead of left.
