I called to see if there was a battery for my car that another location didn't have. It turned out there was only one left. I came in without an appt to replace the battery in my car. Well when i got to the dealership Darlene seemed pissed off. She didnt greet me with a friendly gesture nothing. I moved here from the East coast anytime i needed service work done on my highlander all of off. She didnt greet me with a friendly gesture nothing. I moved here from the East coast anytime i needed service work done on my highlander all of my fluids where topped off including my windsheild washer fluid. Lets see i had my oil changed and my tires rotated. I would have thought that the mechanic would have properly inflated my tires to the recommended amount of air in each. But it does not surprise me at all. That this dealership obviously does not care 2 xxxxs about the customer. Atleast offer your service customers a free car wash. I got absolutley nothing!!!!!! More
