I went in for maintenance. A beeping sound, and while talking to the maintenance advisor I again inquired about a Toyota Corolla Hybrid. After 1 1/2 years I wasn't hopeful at a A beeping sound, and while talking to the maintenance advisor I again inquired about a Toyota Corolla Hybrid. After 1 1/2 years I wasn't hopeful at all. He told me he would contact sales department while I was waiting for maintenance to be completed. Deserve showed up after 30 minutes and the rest was excellent. I have my Hybrid!!! I'm the happiest woman in the universe! More

This is a typical dealership that is not working in your best interest. They are just out to sell a car. I was promised a maximum interest rate, and payments based on that. I signed documents while under th best interest. They are just out to sell a car. I was promised a maximum interest rate, and payments based on that. I signed documents while under the impression that my loan was approved for that interest rate. A WEEK later, I was called by the dealership to come back and re-sign documents because my approved interest rate was 2% higher, and my payment was over $100 per month higher than I agreed to and signed for!! I was told that I could bring the car back and cancel the deal, but there would be a “restocking charge”! This was a complete lie! A dealership cannot charge you a restocking fee when the terms of the loan are not what you agreed to and signed for. The bottom line is that they should not have delivered the vehicle until they knew for sure that the loan was fully approved at the interest rate quoted during the deal. There was no apology from the dealership and it seemed like they didn’t even care. They just blamed the bank for this. Again, a dealership has control over when they deliver a vehicle, and they should have waited for full approval before giving me the keys. More
