I bargained hard for a good price on the vehicle's MSRP. We agreed for a price with my trade in. Two days later, I found items that were supposed to be included with the vehicle were missing or replaced les We agreed for a price with my trade in. Two days later, I found items that were supposed to be included with the vehicle were missing or replaced lesser value. According to Rick, he removed/replaced the items to recoup some money for the dealership. This is my third Toyota since coming here in 2008 and first this happened to me. More
