I think that the window sticker specs should have been brought to the negotiating table. I made an assumption that floor mats were included. Also, I was told my trade in amount and the sales rep, Kelli, agree, yet what shows on the paperwork is $850 less. Finally, I asked for the car registration to be included and Frankie told me that they don’t do that. He lied as my friend bought her Toyota there and they included her registration fees. I believe there is quite a bit of misrepresentation going on at this location, which is a legal issue. More

David Wilson Toyota is so professional and friendly. I have been buying Toyota for over 25 years and this is the only dealership I will go to for service or purchase.
